Welcome freshmen!

The start of your freshmen year brings the start of great change and progress toward your future! We are preparing to open a new building and look forward to continuing to offer a great education and class options that can help you explore your interests and passions. Make sure that you stay aware of your personalized 4-Year Plan you progress through high school. This helpful tool located in your Google Classroom Class of 2026 is there to assist you as you thoughtfully create your schedule for each year of high school.

Xello is another helpful tool that you will have access to that can assist you as you explore.  Xello gives you the opportunity to learn about your learning style, matches your interests to possible careers, helps you to search for post-secondary opportunities that match your future educational needs and will help you learn what you will need to be successful after you graduate from AHS in 4 short years. The lessons that will guide you through these activities and help you use Xello to it's fullest potential will be taught during specific dates during your T-Time class that you will have the opportunity to attend twice each week. Xello coupled with your 4-Year plan will help make up your Individual Plan of Study. This planning piece is essential in making sure you make the most of your time and that you are taking the classes you need to get you where you want to go next.
